Should I get GTA V for the Xbox 360 or PS3?

I have time to play video games now that this semester is over, and want to hang out with fellow Opponauts. I'm leaning towards getting the PS3 version, but I'm also open to the Xbox 360 version since it seems like that's what several people here have.

I'll have time to play Pokémon X/Y and maybe Gran Turismo 6 if I can get a copy, which is also good. I have Gran Turismo 5 , so I can join in if someone sets up a lobby/race/etc.

I'm waiting for slim versions of the Xbone and PS4, since I have the fat 360 Elite and PS3; I'd like to not own the fat OG versions of consoles this gen.

My dad and I did build a PC that I can game on, but since the time that I do spend gaming is divvied between my 3DS and consoles, I feel like I'd have to make some room before jumping into a wonderland of Steam sales, awesome graphics, etc.

Fair enough, however, I would like to cue the PC master race card and say it's all about modability for long term enjoyment.
